Hello!

I too applied for FAll 2010. Do you know when we should her anything back? I didn't get a reciept or anything that even acknowledged my application! Weird. Did you apply anywhere else?

I dont know much about this school, is it a good one?

Hi everyone!!

Im so excited to hear back but from people! lol but from what i know i think we shouldn't be receiving any acceptance letters till after May. And for soontobenurse i dont think they sent anything out. Or atleast i didnt receive anything at all. When did you guys take your CAT exam?? vertekr, how do you and your wife feel you guys did?? at least you guys have each other that completely understand what the other is going through lol what about you soontobenurse how do you think you did.

FYI GUYS....I am in 3rd semester at LA Trade Tech in downtown LA. There is no waiting list, it's first come first served. Anyone in the area should consider it if you don't want to wait to start school.

I took the TEAS. I'm not sure what the CAT is. I'm guessing it's an entrance exam?

Just looked at the website. I applied to so many different schools, and all of them want you to take the TEAS so I just figured LA County did too! Ooopsie. Guess I wont be going there in the fall.

Hey soontobenurse

You should call the office and make sure an see if they accept the teas test. i remember hearing them say that they were going to change the exam to the teas but im not sure if they did already so to be 100% sure call tomorrow their office and see if they'll accept it! Hopefully so!

the CAT test was relatively easy, the reading comprehension might be a problem for anyone who might read slow...

I feel like I did alright in all four areas...(Math was so easy), the lady that gave the exam said we would find out if we were accepted by the end of march. Some people have already received their denial letters. If you haven't received anything yet, be happy... you might be getting an acceptance letter soon.

p.s. im almost 100% positive that la county will not accept teas scores for this semester, maybe next semester.

When did you take your exam? Did she happen to say how many applicants there were so far?? I didnt know we would know at the end of march! i thought we wouldnt know till around may!! How do you know people have received their denial letters?? I still havent received anything so i guess thats good. If you dont mind me asking how many points do you have and what do you think will be the cut off??? thanks
