Your query is impossible to answer since no one knows where you live. Starting salary is market dependent. Some areas it's $12-$13/hr others it's $25+/hr depending on cost of living, demand for the position, etc.

The most I can deduce from your post is that you are from CA or TX as those are the only two states that use the term "LVN" (all other 48 states use the title of LPN). But even in those two states there are huge variances depending on specific location.

Sorry, I live in Los Angeles Ca

It is anywhere from $16 to $24 hourly. Due to wage deflation and too many new LVNs in the local job market, pay rates have been dropping.

Take into consideration that it is almost impossible to get work in the Los Angeles area.

A lot of LVNs are being let go from hospitals. Most hospitals want RNs and some even BSNs minimum

I'm aware of this. My original post mentioned nothing about hospitals.

Most opportunities for LVNs in California are in SNFs, home health, hospice, private duty, psych, and clinics. Of course, the local job market is very rough for both LVNs and RNs, so the main question for the new grad is can you find a job?

it's possible if you have connections ;)

in the end it all boils down to that
