U.S.A. California

Hey everyone,

I want to apply for csulb nursing program for spring 2015 cohort, is there anybody here who is applying for spring also? Do you think spring cohort is easier to get in?

I know this is a late comment but how many people got off the waiting list for this cohort? Thanks in advance!

it is not related to this thread, but I have a question regarding the communication execise. Can anyone please tell me if the communication exercise would affect your application process? I heard that it is pass/fail, what does that mean? I want to attend another Info-session to ask these question, but they do not offer any while i'm applying for Spring 2016. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Everyone,

I was a previous nursing student at CSULB. I have nothing but good things to say about all of the staff and teachers that helped me while in the program.

I realize that you all have orientation coming up....there you will order all your supplies (stethoscope, light pens, uniforms, etc.)

I am trying to resell my basic books from first semester as well as my uniform. (I am a men's medium).

Please let me know and best of luck

Hello~

I am about to start the nursing program at CSULB this fall, and I wanted to ask those of you who are in the program a question! I'm debating whether or not I should take pathophysiology and/or pharmacology this summer before the program because I found an availability at an approved school and just think it would make my 1st semester more "easier." However, I realized that money-wise, I would actually be spending more taking it at a CC during the summer because tuition at CSULB is the same once it's past 7 units. What do you guys think?

For those who did, how difficult was it taking both those courses together with clinicals and all that? Would you recommend taking them before the program begins even though I will be paying slightly more?

Thanks in advance!!
