I called the nursing school today to ask about when we would be notified for the communication exercise if chosen. This was before I found this discussion. They still haven't received the approval list, in case anyone was planning to contact them today. Happy waiting!

I've applied as an advance placement student. Not sure how different the acceptance procedure will be.

Based on the information from the website, it is on a space available basis and whether they will credit our previous nursing courses or not. I am pretty sure our applications are handled much differently than the generic applicants. Let me know if you have heard anything from the school! So far, I was just asked to send in my official TEAS score. How about you?

They contacted me to get my letter of reference from my old nursing school. They also said they will need copies of the syllabi from classes I've already taken if I'm accepted. That's all the info I have.

Yup, I have submitted those as well. Hopefully there is space somewhere in the middle of the program for the both of us!
