Charger fan!

I've been a Chargers fan since childhood, having grown up in Ramona (about 40 miles NE of San Diego) and still am, even though I moved to Oregon 15 yrs ago and by location "should" be a Seahawks fan. (NEVER!!) I just turned on the game, and right now it's 27-7 KC, no surprises there. The stupidest thing they ever did was get rid of Junior Seau.....I guess they're into the "youth movement" thing now, building a team for the future. I understand the logic, but I sure don't have to like it!!

Nice to meet you, La-La! I'm glad to know there's another Chargers die-hard out there, it's kinda lonely at the bottom.....

I agree....I am missing Junior a lot right now! I can't wait until they play Miami...that should be a good game...I have lived in SD area for about 6 years now....I am a die-hard fan! I always had a soft-spot for the underdogs!! We Charger girls need to stick together!!

I'm ready to help them pack, if I have to listen to them whine about the stadium anymore. And getting rid of Seau--talk about stupid. That would've been like the Padres trading Tony Gwinn! I've ruined many a lovely weekend watching the Chargers. I can't watch games where I care about one of the teams--just tell me when it's over!

That's the problem with both of the major sports teams in SD....their owners don't like to pay star-quality players, so just about the time a guy's making good money and doing consistently well, they get rid of him. Tony and Junior were the only exceptions to the rule---they WERE the Padres/Chargers. At least Tony managed to retire before the Pads decided to unload him...

I know....it's kind of sad that they were actually considering selling the chargers...I know they are not that great of a team but I think they have a lot of character and potential...The Ryan Leaf thing kind of screwed us over....I think Drew Brees has a lot of talent....we are just such a young team....

Dont even get me started on the Padres....they make me want to cry....The new stadium will fill up the first year because everyone wants to see it....but after that....it will be empty!

Yes! Thank you! I am still shocked they let Seau go.....but I am still a Chargers fan!

I miss san diego.. up here in the bay area I see Raider stickers everywhere and they're pretty ruthless fans.. I don't run into many Niner fans up here.. GO CHARGERS!

I LOVE the Chargers but they really do stink! They just won their first game last week and it wasn't pretty. I can't stand the Raiders..at least their not doing too good either this season! My husband is going to the Monday night game against MIAMI! Go BOLTS!!
