nursebidonline, other registries... comments?

Does anyone have any comments about www.nursebidonline.com? I am waiting to attend nursing school, so I don't yet have any experience wiht the aforementioned site or even regular registries.

Finally, I am curious about registries in general. Do folks here like or dislike them? Are some better than others? (It will be awhile before I am ready to use one, but in the meantime, it might be good to learn about some of them.)

Aizling uses the same methodology, however, they don't have any jobs. They have been recruiting like all get out - I've been registered since May for ICU, and no jobs.
