Anyone else apply to CEP this week?

hi,

just wanted to see if anyone else has applied or will be applying to the cep program this week?? it would be nice to have others to "wait in anticipation" with. i haven't seen much talk on here about the cep program, is everyone just waiting out the associates for maricopa instead?? i just couldn't imagine having to wait 4-5 semesters to get in.......

i am applying at mcc/nau today at 1pm.

yeah nau at gcc.....i can't help it damnit!!! lol i have a 100 question test tmmrw morning for my cna class and i can't even study i'm so distracted! well if i don't get in i'm gonna try for asu and if not that.....well i guess cep again next app cycle.....lol i need a glass of wine!
don't worry yet!!! a glass of wine is a perfect idea. almost the kids bedtimes anyways. :)

Which school and which campus were you accepted for?

I was accepted to Glendale CC and NAU. I sent all my paperwork back this morning and requested all my transcripts.

I asked one of the advisors at MCC and they said they haven't sent out the notifications yet so I feel better! They said that Glendale was the first one sooo hopefully by Friday!

Phew! Although I am pretty confident AND the gwcc advisor told me today or tomorrow for the emails, I was still starting to freak out a bit. Thanks for the info. :)

I just checked. The woman I spoke with is the division chair, not an advisor! Feeling pretty confident right now!!

Thank you for starting this thread and Congratulations to all who have heard. I applied on the 22nd as well and am waiting patiently (not really-ha ha) to hear back. My first choice was MCC/NAU. I will let you all know as soon as I hear. Did MCC mention when they would be sending out emails? Good luck to everyone who is waiting!

Hello all CEP applicants!

I was admitted into the Fall 2012 cohort at NAU/GCC. I can identify with your anxiety. If it was anything last the last time, different campuses sent out emails at different times. My first choice was GCC, and I got the email fairly quickly. As I recall, the MCC letters took another week to go out (I have a friend who applied to ASU/MCC and her letter came one week later than mine). So don't despair if you haven't heard yet. The waiting is sooooo hard!
