FAX costs a expensive certainly. An answer will be able to get a present age only by E-mail. I am disappointed. Is there a somewhat good how to do? I want even the only introduction sentence of that hospital:)

I think an interpreter is needed here. Sounds like a FAX = too $$$, e-mail may be only way to contact a Hospital for a phone number but unclear if for a job application....wish I knew some Japanese!!! Any takers?

Are you saying that it is expensive to send a fax from Japan ? Maybe we can get the number for you or something.
