Hi! has anyone applied to Yuba's ADN program for Fall 2020? If so, has anyone received their notice if they were accepted?
Some of you have wondered why someone would accept a spot at Yuba and then pass on the program. I can't speak for everyone but in my case, if I choose to pass, it will be because I've been accepted to another program. I currently have accepted a position at Yuba. I'm still waiting to hear from Samuel Merritt. SM is not sending out acceptances until mid-July. If I'm accepted into SM then I have to choose between two very different programs. ABSN vs ADN. Twelve months vs twenty months. Lastly, the tuition is insane at SM. It's going to be a difficult decision for me. I've been very impressed with how Yuba has been handling Covid and the necessary changes. But, I'd really like to have the BSN. On the other hand if I do the ADN program then I could do an RN to MSN because I already have a BS in another major.

Thought about it today... Summer hours; they are closed on Fridays, LOL! I think the last time I called was somewhere around June 7.. so fingers crossed! I will call her on Monday! I know some people get called last minute- but it would be nice to plan.. do you know if they are starting your semester online? Or have you gotten any info for the first day?
