Hey everyone! I've been talking to the one of the staff and she said they're trying to release an email about the orientation by next Monday the 13th. The whole orientation on Friday will be online because of the current virus. I'm also an alternate so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I can't remember how many points I received on the criteria worksheet though. Is there a way to check online? Or did you just call them up?

Hi @Kel You probably received a 64.5 or a 65... you can ask- she has that information ? thank you for letting us know!! I may call because I have some questions as I’m sitting here all nervous.. LOL. Let us know if you hear anything else! Thanks so much!

That’s great information I was very curious about how orientation would go and when we’ll find out? I’m so curious if any alternates have been moved up yet! Fingers crossed for us all!!

I heard that too!! Are you up at the top? ? she says we have a great chance of getting in ... we have so much time between now and August, anything is possible ♥️

I am! I’m in absolute shock I’ve moved up already! Last semester I moved from #7 to #5 over the entire course of the time! I really think a lot of alternates will be accepted ?? Are we just getting packets for orientation or do you think we’ll do a zoom/online meeting as well?

@KarinRaz7 hehe I saw your name in the email! That's awesome! I am 3rd ? I am shocked you didn't get in last semester.. you were Sooooo close!! She said it will just be paperwork- that is all. I am anxious to meet everyone. and yes.. she is giving me TOO much hope of getting in, LOL. Saying the chance is extremely high for us in the positions that we are in! I am just nervous (obviously).. But she said the same thing you did ? They took all but one alternate last year (same semester)... I will keep positive thoughts for us still!! We still have time to keep moving up and in. ? Let me know when you get the call!! I hope it will be next week- other colleges send more acceptance emails! Be well, xx.

WOW!, they already accepted 2 alternates!? Yesterday I was told that I was number 10, so I'm not getting my hope's up. But that means I should be number 8 now. I gotta keep sending out more applications to other ADN programs just in case. Did y'all apply to any other programs outside of Yuba?

We’ll definitely have to connect and be study buddies once we both get accepted! I truly feel like we both will!!

Being 10 is still good news!! Stay positive. If they took 9 last fall there’s a good chance they’ll take 10 this time! I only applied to Yuba so I’m putting all my eggs into one basket unfortunately

Yes for sure! ? That sounds awesome!! I feel that way too! YOU for sure!! hehe ? ... I am about 40 minutes away from campus (really not a bad drive) what about you?
