Just my 2 cent (blast me if you will):
1. The OP cannot be serious? Meaning.............is a potential can of worms wanting to be opened?
2. With a screename like that...............ah never mind. Sorry fellow members and OP but there is more to the sarcasm in the last sentence of the OP.

1. By calling my job title things like "crap cleaner", being burned out, realizing my thinking was negative.
2. Education. I realize there's only so far in this hospital and town my ADN RN is going to get me, so I'm back in school.
Get out of a dead end situation requires action on my part, both in my stinking thinking, and in learning something new, or moving on.

LOL. Which is why I answered the question as I did. I originally wrote for number 2. If you have to ask this question YOU already know, but just in case they ARE serious, I made it less personal.

just wanna clarify sumting, I LOVE MY JOB. i didn't made this thread out of personal experience. i just need more advices for my coworkers alwayscomplaining about how they hate their corrent profession as a health care provider.
about my username, don't worry, i'll change it in a lil while.
