Hi all,
I have been at my current and only RN position since summer 2015. Because of personal circumstances and wanting to create a better work-life-family balance, I am going to start looking for a new position. I have gained so much experience at my current position and really feel as though my managers have afforded me many amazing opportunities which I am extremely grateful for. I want to be able to showcase my experience and skills but struggling at keeping my resume from becoming a laundry list. This is dreadful and would very much appreciate assistance at making this more concise, presentable, and appealing. Thanks in advance for your time.

1. You need to make your work experience more prominent. It is good experience and needs to be easy to find on the page. As I was skimming the earlier content, I kept wondering, "Where is the key piece of information? What experience does this person have?"
2. Shorten the education section. Your clinical rotations and student projects in your ADN program aren't important now unless they relate directly to the job for which you are applying. Omit that on all other jobs. Also, if you graduated with an ADN, you major was obviously Nursing -- so that can be eliminated, to. Simply state the Degree, Date, School and Dean's list. The same is true of you LPN education and Psych education. If you want to include some of the school projects, do it on a separate sheet. The shortened version will allow the reader to skim it quickly and get to your work experience sooner.
3. Next section: Work Experience -- and state the title of your position (Staff Nurse or whatever). Then give a brief description of major responsibilities. Work awards, committees, etc. should be in a list format -- not in a paragraph. A paragraph is hard to skim -- and the reader just wants to skim that stuff, not read a novel about it. Do that for each job.
Good luck!

Experience belongs before education once you've been working in your field. And your most recent experience should be on top, so your nursing degree should be listed before your Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
I find objective statements to be useless so I'd get rid of that.
