There are some Accelerated BSN programs, for people who already have a BA/BS degree in something other than nursing, that only take 12 months, but they tend to be very competitive, demanding and rigorous (because it's the same two years of content everyone else gets crammed into a 12-18 month time span), and expensive. Other than that, I'm not aware of any "1 year" nursing programs. Both ADN and BSN programs involve two academic years (at least) of nursing courses; hard to see how it could be trimmed down any more than that.
What's the problem, for you, with going to school the same length of time that everyone else does??
University of Rochester has a 1 year accelerated program.

You can complete the Accelerated BSN program in 4 semesters. You also don't need to have a bachelors degree.
Good Luck.
