While i was floated to pedia. the staff nurse and the nursing aid where shouting words inappropriately to each other (more of a clawless cat-fight). they where arguing that the patient didnt get nebulized at the right time because of the nursing aids laziness. By the way the nursing aid is around 30 and hired 4 years ahead of the staff nurse who is 24 and newly hired.They were feisty in their words. And the nursing aid really got hurt because the staff nurse didnt respect her and didnt brought the topic in a very professional manner though the nursing aid's personality is like a huggable cartoon character full of humor and doesnt regularly display seriousness in her job but she didnt deserve to be treated like a useless garbage i was thinking they might doing it because of her character or workethics. But why? I mean really why? It has to end that way? like seriously the staff nurse should have known better not to put herself in that kind of level.... Right now i dont care much they hold grudges to each other and as male nurse i cant undo what they did. But this kind of "social order" or becoming one in the hospital where THAT staff nurse selectively treat the nursing aid as garbage is wrong so wrong. That moment i was like uhmmm OK what just happend?
