I was wondering if having more experience as an RN helps with getting hired as an NP. I understand that more years of experience is ideal for applications to schools, but is that important to employers?

Agree with above posters - do the NP fellowship. The fellowship will give you the tools to be successful

Ok. well does your opinion change if I say that the NP fellowship requires me to relocate? I forgot to mention this in my original inquiry.
