Hi everyone! Wanted to start this conversation for those who are getting ready to apply once the application opens on June 1st 2021.
I am hoping we can all share information, ask questions, and support each other throughout the exciting journey ahead!

Thank you for letting those of us on the waitlist know! Fingers crossed spots open for those of us anxiously waiting.
@Kin07 @Tryingtobecomeanrn I'm curious to hear how either of you made the decision? I need to make a decision soon

I declined for WHNP. I negotiated for aid, since I was originally offered none, and they offered me $10k on the day of the deadline. I sent my other offer letters from other schools, and would recommend any future cohorts reading this to do so. Ultimately it wasn't enough aid compared to my (likely) final choice of Simmons ? good luck everyone!

I went to visit UPenn and really liked the campus/location in Philly, diversity in faculty, and flexibility in the program to take time off between the BSN and MSN. In addition, UPenn was able to match my scholarship aid letter from Yale, which helped to make my decision! Hope this is helpful ?

@lemonlove Congratulations! what a difficult and exciting decision you have on your hands. Yale was my top choice, but I ultimately chose UPenn because of the flexibility of the program and financial aid.
Thank you both for responding! For me Yale appears to be the most afforadable even though they offered significantly less scholarship money than UPenn but both programs seem great

From the website, we could technically not hear a response until May 15. Those admitted have to accept/decline by March 1. However, admissions told me most of them have already claimed their spot so not very hopeful, myself :/
