Is there anyone else out there that has applied for the WSU College of Nursing for fall of 2014?
If so, what school are you coming from and which campus did you apply to?
@hannah sorry! it somehow skipped over your comments and I didn't realize until now haha. Im taking my teas in two days so we shall find out... nervous >.
i applied to UW, SU, WSU, and bellevue. i have a couple due in februrary, and then march. This year i'm going all out and applying to a bunch of schools in hopes I get accepted somewhere.. yes out of state too.
I took my teas test yesterday... i got like 90 adjusted? in each category (even though my percentage was higher correct?) except science o.o that one was ridiculously low and put my adjusted individual score to 82 lol oh goodness. i don't understand the national ranking, while my score is 82 my rank is 91? interesting scoring. best wishes with your retake!
Sorry I didn't reply till now! I think that is pretty good for the program, if only 9% of people scored higher than you. If you have a good gpa you should be set :) I just took it again this morning and boosted my score from 79 to 87! I'm really excited. Most of the questions were the same as those on my first test..at least half of them. We will see what happens! Let me know on here when either of you hear back about getting an interview or anything!
Whats your GPA? How' d you do on the TEAS? I ONLY applied to WSU Tri Cities. I know its a bad idea to put all your eggs in one basket so to speak, but I really want to go there. I have a 3.9 GPA with 4.0 in all the science classes, and I got an 84 on the teas. I am really nervous about getting in though.... :/
My GPA is 3.2 and my tease score is 89% on the tease. although most of my science classes are above 3.5. It sounds like your grades are amazing and they would be foolish not to accept you. Time will tell. It is hard to wait around for an acceptance letter. I don't think its a bad Idea to only apply to one place, since you can apply a couple times a year. Counselors have sent me mixed messages about which school is more competitive but my self index score for CBC is above he cutoff from last year by a little bit. My dream was WSU all the way, since I have an associates from CBC already, but at this point I would be ecstatic with either!

I didn't study at all. I was surprised by how well I did on the math portion, but I expected to do better on the science portion. Overall, it came out okay, but my life sciences portion dragged my score down a bit.
