Hi, everyone. I am applying to the Yakima branch of the WSU BSN program for the Fall 2021 cohort. As I'm sure everyone is or was, I am pretty nervous about the application process and am wanting to get a sense of where I may stand as an applicant. I would love to hear other's thoughts/concerns/comments they had about the application and interview process.
My CUM GPA is a 3.51 and my pre-req GPA is a 3.42. Having worked as a CNA over the Summer and other volunteer opportunities, I have about 282 experience hours. For Fall 2021, WSU Nursing has waived the TEAS exam.
I know GPA is a primary factor in the decision process, and I am reaching out to hear other's GPA's upon application and if they were accepted into the program

From what I understand, you can apply while taking prerequisites, as long as it’s less that 3.

I'm also waiting for the fall program! I can't believe we hear next week already..best of luck to you and everyone else applying, keep me updated! My advisor had let me know interview letters are typically released closer to the end of the week.

Just realized I put Spring here.. ?♀️ I meant fall. What are your guys’ GPAs like? Mine is 3.71 cum & 3.67 pre req. I know these programs are mostly based on GPA & it’s making me nervous. ?

Hello what campus did you apply to? I’m a transfer student from California. I doubt that I’ll get in but I really hope so!!
