Writing CPNRE in 3 weeks!

Hi, I am writing my CPNRE on October 13th 2017 which is pretty much 3 weeks from now! I am extremely nervous for it.

I was wondering if I could get some tips on how to study during the last few weeks before the exam. Also, how did you find the CPNRE exam? Lastly, what should i bring to the exam?

I totally understand what your saying with the predictor test. The cpnre wasnt too bad for me it had some tricky questions but overall it was definitely easier then the predictor test. I would just try to focus on nursing theory and some patho, pharmacology aswell and prioritization i feel like that was majority of the exam.

What did you use to study ? Saunders 6th ed?

Besides the prep guides, i mainly used the brunner and suddarth medical surgical textbook, essentials of pathophysiology by Carol Mattson Porth, Pharmacology for Canadian Health practices, and my nursing drug book.

Hi there :) I will be taking my CPNRE in June and I'm extremely nervous. I was wondering if you were still willing to email the 5th CPNRE prep guide. Id really appreciate it :)

Hi, I used the prep guide 4th and 5th edition. If you want i can email it to you so you can practice. The structure and format is the same as the predictor test and the prep guide. Some questions are tricky. Don't fall into the "what if" syndrome. Whatever the question asked, the information given, that's it. DON'T OVER ANALYZE! I know i did some stupid mistakes of changing my answers and i realized i was right all along. Follow your guts. Miracles can happen. Crossing my fingers and praying. Goodluck!
