Writing CPNRE in May 2011

Published

Hi Everyone! I am starting this thread so that all of us who are writing cpnre on May 18, 2011 can get together and share their views and experiences as we go along and prepare for the exam. I am preparing for the exam by using different review books so that I get to know the test taking strategies. Although I am above average student but I am really nervous to write this exam and I am sure most of us are. I have my own study group and also planning to take a prep course to just brush up on the theory. I will keep this thread updated everyday as to how my preparations are going and will also share some tips to write the exam that I will be learning. Keep studying hard.

Good Luck:redbeathe

hi!i also took the exam last may..no results yet..will just keep on praying'',)

this was my 3rd time writing hope i pass!!! (ontario)

Hi,

first off i want to say i really hope u pass this time.

I am wondering is the exam always the same,or did u have to write a completely different exam each time.

Are there any similarities on any of the exams, your fieedback is greatly appreciated. I wrote my exam on may 18th, and i think i did reaaaaalllllllly bad, i hope i pass. However, if i don't, how did u prepare for your rewrites, did u take any prep courses. Please advise. Hope u pass and i hope we all pass.

I just got my exam results today - I PASSED:yeah: I really thought the same thing. I thought I totally bombed the exam. When I got my results I was totally surprised. Hold on, there could be a good chance you passed as well. The waiting is the hardest part in this whole process. Good luck, and I pray that we all passed :)

I can't spell. I meant Pray, not pay - lol

at last the result is here...i passed....thank God

congrats to alibelle & sanu! from were are you here?'',)

congrats to all who passed, i hope u r right alibelle, i already found 55 mistakes, so i m freaking out, i need a miracle and hopefully they exist.....

Honeykoo, I'm in Ontario - Oakville, just outside of Toronto - And Thank you! I wish you all the best.

This is to Marinna - I understand you totally. I calculated a bunch of questions I got wrong as well. I think I had over 50, that I could think of and checked. Plus who knows the one's I thought were right. Just try not to worry, i know it's hard. I did the same. If the pass was 144 questions, and our exam was out of 270 say 20 of those 270 questions were tester questions than that would mean, we could get 106 questions wrong. Also, maybe some of the questions you got wrong, could have been the tester questions. Let me know how it goes, I'm praying you passed:o

Where did you guys write ?! My exam was only had 115 the first half and 116 the second ?? I wrote in toronto

Really? I wrote, in Hamilton. The first part of the exam had 135 questions and the 2nd part also had 135 questions. 270 questions in total. You were lucky you only had 231. I was surprized when I saw that many questions. I wish you all the best with your results.

thanks allibelle!;)
