Yeah most likely, I'm still deciding on what time for the lab though. What other classes are you going to take? Did you do the math placement test yet?

I think I might have to take organic chem at sinclair. They are only offering the class on mondays, OF COURSE that is one of the days I work 3-11 LOL.

I haven't taken my placement test yet. Hopefully the beginning of next week. Things have been crazy around here these past few weeks. I am waiting on wsu to call me back to make sure that the chem I am going to take at sinclair transfers.

Yeah, i'm surprised its only offered at 4pm, not really a convienent time. Hopefully it would transfer, if not you could always do it in the spring.

I am also a pre-nursing student at Wright State so if ne 1 would like to network let me know i would'nt mind meeting new ppl

senior baby :)

I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of GPA you really need to get into WSU school of nursing? I know you only have to have a 2.5 or something but I have heard you really need over a 3.5. Has anyone else heard that?

I got in with a 3.7 and was told by one of my advisers that the cut off would be around 3.5. Talk to an adviser to get more info about the cut off GPA.

When I talked to the adviser last month she said if you have a 3.2 or better your basically 'in'. Also, if your a transfer student if you have more than 30cr/hr at wsu they ONLY look at that GPA. That is what I am banking on to get in. I only have A&P's and all those electives to take then I will apply.

The classes I need are all full so I am taking some classes at sinclair and hoping spring quarter is easier to get into....

yeah i also had to take classes at sinclair this quarter and i (thank goodness!) got into all my classes for spring! i have a 3.0 right now but im worried i wont be able to bring it up high enough. im applying in the spring so it has to be next quarter that i shape up. hopefully i can do it!

I am taking organic chem at sinclair for winter and then I'm taking Sociology and a western civ online through sinclair in winter. Hopefully I can get into micro and some other electives that I need in the spring at WSU, if not I'll take micro and some more electives at sinclair in the spring, because I heard more classes are offered in the fall because of all the incoming freshmen coming in.

Good luck on getting into the program! I'm not applying into spring of 2010!

Hey, I am also going to WSU. I also plan on applying in the spring of 2010! Although i am a freshman, stright from high school, who has to take everything still. including language. so yea good luck!

I am working 30 hrs a week right now! and that worked out ok last quarter so I will see how it continues to go.

I was reading back some past posts and saw u were planning on taking sociology, I'd reccomend not taking it with Jahanbegloo she makes the class harder than it has to be. I was 2 points from havig an A in there . But I know I could have tried harder and done better but i didn't realize how competitive the nursing program was so now I really have to buckle down.

Also this is to soccer fan the 2 credit hour elective is an HPR class. Rape Defence Yoga ZUMBA weight lifting bowling and things along that line.

I am going to try to make a chart of what classes and when I am gonna take them from here on out but I sorta winged it for winter. but i want it to be organized i am so happy I have this little break it gives me time to get organized

man i got stuck with that jahanbegloo lady 4 soc 200 winter quarter that sucks any tips from ne 1 that had her how exactly does she make the class hard all the guezzo classes were filled except 4 a late class which i refuse to take i have had my fair share of a late class from the 1st quarter yeah but im looking 2 network with other wright state pre nursing and nursing students :)
