Soooo many thoughts! Actually, I suspect my original thought and your current thought were pretty darn close!
Not sure I can offer much feedback about these companies, but looking at your other posts, it seems that "Tenderwet" by Medline and "Bullke" from Medline's gauze line seem to be the way to go.

Hi Tom85,
I use Medline frequently (because I have to) but am not too happy with them. First of all, their product choices are limited, recently I needed an autolytic debrider (which Medline didn't carry -nothing comparable either) and had to search elsewhere. It almost caused a delay or change in wound care. I'm not all that impressed with their product line either ( I've never seen so many silver containing products) Plus they make frequent mistakes in orders and take at least 2 days or more to arrive. I would like a more comprehensive line--so I guess if I could I would order from several companies. I've always had good success with iodosorb or iodoflex (made by Healthpoint) but Medline doesn't carry them.

Autolytic- You might wanna use the Tenderwet. It is considered a autolytic debridement system
There products are ok. A lot of there products do have AG in them and a lot dont. my father owns a medical company and i run the wound care program and know we deal with a lot of wound care products, almost over 2 million a year, just in our purchases. Im just trying to get peoples oppinions on the different companies to maybe open my eyes up to some new ideas. We currently use medline in the forefront for wound care products such as the alginates and hydrocollids and hyrogels. We do use other products from Convatec and j&j but there products seem to be too expensive for the inbursement rates from the ins. companies now adays.
