Most UDS don't test for the presence of drugs like Seroquel. They test for benzos, salicylates, THC, opiates and the like, but anti-psychotics won't show up because that's not what they're looking for. I wouldn't worry. I also would not make this known to the employer, as your need for an AP is none of their business.
We tested for illegal drugs (MJ, Etc). I had a good number of employees on opiate pain meds, one on fentanyl patches also, and as long as they took what is a recommended therapeutic dose, none of it shows. The levels are set to screen for abuse, not regular use. We never screened for Seroquel. One time the lab did the wrong screen and we got a positive alcohol level. I finally made HR understand that our policy did not test for alcohol and since the person was not working, were we to tell her she could not have a glass of wine with lunch? The real culprit was that she was diabetic and told me she had not voided for many hours prior to the urine collection. She was spilling glucose and we had some fermentation happening here!

I've been looking for a job, and some of the ones I've applied to require a urine test. I have a prescription, I'm just worried about people jumping to conclusions about why I'm on an antipsychotic (no, I'm not schizophrenic).
