Good morning! May I ask you all a question?

If you had it to do over again, would you still be a nurse?

This is what I DREAD. I did my research before going in to nursing, though. I'm hoping that I can continue my education to a point where I have TONS of options and don't have to settle for an abusive, stressful, job that leaves me feeling empty....heck...after all those years people put into school...and nursing school is a monster...what a slap in the face to enter a field where your "welcome" gift is [this]

It is true, you can usually find some job you can live with if not love. It is also true though, in some settings your expertise will not be appreciated and you will be treated like a work horse instead of a professional. That is when you know its time to find a different job.

You'll live to see that a forum to vent frustration is a gift not offered anywhere unless there is a set of eyes and ears from administration sitting in. This site is wonderful.
