Long story short there was a complaint against me sent to the NJ BON. They sent me a letter asking to voluntarily suspend my license while they investigate. My attorney and I refused because it was wrongful accusation. It's been a year and 4 months since I've heard anything and I've just been working. The question now is would NSO deny me a new policy? Thanks!
I'm not on probation or suspension. Just curious. Thanks!

Since there is no adjudication by BON, its possible they will renew malpractice policy. ? if higher fee since under BON review. Only NSO can answer this question. Lawyer could make inquiry on your behalf.
