I am looking to go back to school to either be an RN or LPN. I currently have a Masters Degree in Clinical Gerontology and Bachelors of Health Admin. I have been working as a Activity Director at a retirement community and I am looking to work more with older seniors who have Dementia, which has always been a passion of mine. I would love to eventually work as a Memory care director or even possibly a case manager of some sort. Which one would you all recommend I look at to enroll in?

I would recommend going for your RN. Case management positions usually require an RN, as well as most supervisory, director type of positions. Depending on how soon you want
to actively get into nursing and your state you can take LPN boards after half of your RN degree and finish the RN degree while working as an LPN, or go to LPN school and then an LPN to RN program.
You are not likely to get a director or case management support directly out of school, but i would suggest a floor nirse
in a dementia unit.

Considering you did masters in clinical gernotology, you should go for RN. After the practicing you can gain LPN status.
