Would you consider a home birth?

As a NICU nurse? I personally would not (on purpose that is) given my experiences in the NICU. The homebirths we see are the ones with severe MAS who end up on ECMO or on cooling blankets. I know our view is skewed. Wondering what others thought.

IF you are a full term mom with NO problems. I worked in NICU 7 years and now work at a birthing center and I love it!! It is so much better than a hospital any day for a NORMAL pregnancy. I saw so much crap in L & D. I would NEVER deliver in a hospital again. We hardly ever have bad deliveries, babies ect...

I love and miss the NICU ALOT. I def. got burned out of hospital nursing.
