Working in UK vs Australia

Im really torned between the two. To those who know someone or already working in UK or in OZ. Kindly advise us which is better; in terms of work , salary, environment, etc.. Thank you.i

After all, Employers hire Nurses for the sake of their patients and not for the employees. The Govt cannot control especially private institutions.

Im not telling that we are the best Nurse, Im just explaining how is it to become a Filipino Nurse. I dont know any OZ nurse actually and how are they in the workplace or their attitude towards work. Actually, i love Australians personality in general just basing on some oz reality shows that ive watches.

As what they say, competition is tight nowadays so if one wants to be hired then he/she should get an experience first or even do voluntary works.

no employers hire nurses because they are required by EBAs, if employers had their way a lot of unskilled workers would be employed and a lot less nurses. In any hospital nurses are the single biggest cost.

Australia is a first world country and it could not be accepted that someone with the same qualifications was "voluntering" when another was getting paid to do the same work.
