Working for two hospitals

I work per diem at a couple of level one trauma centers in the ED through an agency. I think some of them have non compete clauses but my other job is at a smaller community hospital that isn't considered a competitor. I'm not an employee at the trauma centers technically but this is a way you could avoid that problem if it's something you're encountering in your job search.
