Working in the states as a geri nurse

Hi everyone!

I am new here! :) I am currently a student nurse studying in Singapore National University of Singapore. I am planning to specialise in geri and I would really want to work in the US one day. Can anyone tell me what are the requirements i should have?

Do u guys think that as a male nurse interested in geriatrics, will that give me any kind of advantage?
