Hi everyone,
I was wondering if NPs could do telemedicine with US patients from abroad? Is there any specific process to make that happen?

No, I don't think so. You could do cash only but insurance requires you to be in the US, specifically Medicaid and Medicare Rules.
This may have changed with COVID.
