I'm tired of hearing myself complain about being tired all the time! And I know this has to do with not working out. I want to restore my energy and get back in shape. I'm in my early/mid-20s and feel I should have more energy than this.

Do you guys work out often?

That's my big thing. All my labs checked out fine, blood pressure is excellent, so are my other vitals. But I'm just always exhausted and my legs throb after a 12 hour shift and sometimes look a bit edematous. With all that I want to do with my life, I feel like I need more energy to accomplish it and feel good. I think I'm way too young to be complaining of exhaustion like this. lol

Glad you got labs done and I also would suggest getting in the routine of a good work out. I try to do about 3 hours a week total. If I don't I feel sluggish and my mood tends to be poor.

As for your legs I'd consider asking your health care provider if you could try TED type knee highs. My circulation in my legs has always been since my mid 20s, from what I understand incompetent veins?, but TEDs have been a very helpful and my legs and feet rarely hurt even after 12s.
