Working with Opposite Sex

I prefer to work with girls. Actually I have only ever worked this job with one guy and he was just fine but in general I have always preferred working with girls in my past non-CNA jobs. I like my boyfriend... aside from him I think most guys are douchebags. lol.

Hmmm....I don't really have a preference on someones sex. I just want to work with someone who does their job and is a team player.

I don't care as much about sex or gender as I do as to whether they are a good worker or not.

I like working with men because there is (usually) less drama and backstabbing. We just do our jobs and that's it. (Now there have been instances where the men were the gossipers and I really don't like those people, but that's for another thread ).

I like working with women because they are typically friendlier to me. They don't act like I have something to prove to them. Women also typically do a "neater" job of caring for residents (briefs aren't on all crooked, etc.).

Every person is different, but if I had to make general observations, those would be it.

I don't have a personal preference. I just don't want to work around those with bad vibes, whether it be a boy or girl.
