Apr 16, 20224 yr Hello Everyone! Does anyone have ANY information about Loyal Source Government Contracting for Nurse Practitioner’s?
Jul 3, 20223 yr Author Hi, Sorry, I too am looking for information on Loyal Source. I’ve yet to find anyone or a website giving clear answers on the company, how they operate, conditions after your on site etc… There are a few snippets of information here and there (not great) on when you Google them. It makes me wonder why?I plan to proceed with caution. Please post any information you can, as will I. Good luck to us both!
Jul 3, 20223 yr What site are you going to? I'm heading to Pecos, TX if I do sign. Maybe we'll be working together!
Jul 4, 20223 yr Author Just go to Google and put in Loyal Source Reviews. Friend, I hope to see you there!
Jul 21, 20223 yr Hi, did you start the job at Pecos TX yet? I’m considering joining the Pecos location also. Please share your experience if you started already.

Jul 22, 20223 yr Author Hi! I wasn’t able to complete my security clearance due to a family emergency. I’m just glad I wasn’t down on the border when it happened. Please stay in touch. Let me know how you are doing, OK?
Nov 17, 20223 yr Just curious to hear how it went working with Loyal Source? I'm on the verge of accepting a contract for work on the border in AZ but would love to hear about others' experience before I do. It's hard to know what you're getting into since they can't tell you anything until you have security clearance. . .
May 27, 20233 yr Quite an old thread but I definitely wanted to respond since I recently started with Loyal Source. I'm a sub contractor and my employer recently got a contract with Loyal Source as compensation and pension examiners. I do have to say, I thoroughly enjoy this contract and job. This might be different if you are a solo contractor or with another contracting company, but with mine I can work as many or as little days per week as well as hours and the pay is pretty significant. Prior to having got hired by my current employer, I've seen quite a bit of listings from Loyal Source for this type of contract/position on Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn and their pay was pretty low so I think I'm pretty fortunately/lucky. The biggest con is that you are the 3rd party when it comes with dealing with issues with your veterans and most don't know that. Scheduling is all done through the Loyal Source, so any scheduling issues that you have, which is quite often with the vets, you end up being the punching bag even though your job is literally to do your examination at the appointed time. Once in awhile, you end up having to give the veteran the run-around even though you don't mean to, but that's just how the VA system works and it upsets the veteran, but 99.9% of time they understand, it's just sad to hear their constant frustrations with the VA. The other biggest con is that Loyal Source is pretty hard to get in contact with even though we are sub contractors working for them. They're based in Florida as far as I know so if you are in California like me, any issues you have after 2pm PST, sometimes even earlier, won't get responded to until the next day. Other than that, the job is pretty straight forward, pay is great, and the flexibility is awesome. I hope this is one of those long lasting contracts.
