i have worked for a hospital for over 3years. I started in Tele then moved to ICU as an intern for 6mos before becoming a regular staff. Do I put them as separate entries in my resume? or just put it (employer) as one entry then put ICU as my unit since it was the last one that I have worked in?

I always list the facility and under that I put my different job titles. For example, I held several positions at a grocery store so i would put it like this:
Vons, address Deli Clerk, Grocery Clerk, Bakery Clerk
So
X Hospital, Address (if you want) then: Telemetry RN, Critical Care RN
Or whatever your titles are. There may be some varying factors, but it seems silly to waste space for the same location. I think it oculd get sticky because your duties would vary some at each of those departments? Anyone have any insight?
i just thought about it today. when one glances at my resume, they might think that I have been into 3 different jobs within a 3-year period. and then they will just toss my resume out. maybe this is the reason why I am not getting a response from employers.
you are right nickilaughs, duties are totally different -telemetry, ICU Intern , and a regular ICU staff.
any other ideas out there?
