Work from home?

I need some help and input from folks outside of my little slice of the world. I love being a nurse. I love the nursing I get to do at our local (small, rural) hospital. However, with recent administration changes (not nurse friendly) and increasing family demands, I am exploring other employment options. IDEALLY, I would like to remain PRN at my current employer. I have been searching for work from home or remote work jobs that would utilize by nursing education and experience but have not had much luck in my research. My question is, does anyone out there know of any remote work or work from home positions for RN's?

    There are some case management type of positions at some insurance companies that are work from home.
