I think you need to change your expectations a bit. To ask for WFH with no telephonic interaction is in my humble opinion asking for a lot. More specifically what exactly are you willing to do? We would be able to give better answers if you provide this information.

I work for an MCO insurance company as a care manager working from home. There are opportunities for per diem work out there, it's a matter of finding them. My goal with my post was to assess if anyone knew of anyone or a specific company looking for an RN to perform casual, per diem work such as Hedis work, chart abstraction, etc. Sorry if I ruffled feathers! There are many angles and directions a nurse can go in their career. Maybe education of the latest opportunities for nurses would be helpful.

Hello,
I am looking for per diem WFH work as an RN. I have been keeping an eye on Indeed for months and have yet to find something that is per diem, work when I want, and minimal to no telephonic interaction. I know I'm not asking for much (LOL) but suggestions and ideas are welcome.
I am currently a wfh RN care manager for a large MCO provider. They do not have any PRN work available.
Thank you!
