Working off the clock
Anyone with HR experience? So I work remotely for 10 hours per day. Some days when I wanted to do more work I would hop back online and get work done for like 20-30 min but there were some days for like an hr or so which wasn't a big deal to me....my DON bought it to my attention that HR would have to pay for all the times I hopped back on because it is illegal to work off the clock. When I first started, I did ask the teammates if it's OK just to hop back on if it's for a few minutes, just to wrap things up if needed. The answer was yes...however, does this come with repercussion such as termination? They are aware that some people steal time but in this case, I was giving away free time what happens next?

Work From Home as an RN - Suggestions?
I don't think any of them offer perdiem but some do offer part time work.

Nursing advice
hey annie!! shes taking 8 classes next semester to bring her gpa to a 2.7 (she has to make all A's) . I calculated it for her earlier. the minimum gpa is a 2.7. she did call the school and was told that people do get in with a 2.7 average since not that many people apply. I guess what I needed to ask was if she doesn't meet gpa requirements at the time of the application but can meet it once the semester is over, can she still submit the application?

ok the application deadline isn't until October however the updated grades wont post til December. I thought she would have still been able to apply in October until her grades posted in December. we were trying to start the journey together, however, I will feel bad for leaving her behind.

Hello my sister and I are both applying to a nursing program in the fall semester. I have this question for her that I thought someone here could answer. She has a 2.3 gpa but the school requires at least a 2.7 is it possible for her to still apply to the program withthe 2.3 before the October deadline as long as she gets a 2.7 at the end of the semester? She is taking courses in the fall to boost her gpa.. thanks for your help!

I wonder if its possible to pick LPN's from this semester who applied to enter in the first transitional program in 2019? I didn't want to ask because i had already flooded her with questions lol. Ill wait awhile before asking.

Nursing Program in Lafayette!! (SLCC)
Got an update! They already selected students however they have to go over it a second time once the dean gets off vacation to make sure everything is correct and then the RN letters will go out. The Lpn to Rn should be up and running in 2019.

I applied last semester. My rejection letter stated that i met all criteria but there was limited space. My gpa and teas score were both good. I am hoping to get in this time around. I was also wondering what were the odds of being denied twice? The time is dragging. My last letter was dated for may 24 but I received it may 30.
