Oh Lawdie... good luck! I can't begin to express how much I hated Chemistry, but I managed to get through it and you will, too.

I love chemistry. The math is a bit of a hassle, but it's fascinating. I think that's what I'm discovering with this return to school at 30: everything's amazing and fascinating. I'm doing Biology 101 at the moment, and when we got to cell respiration and the electron transport chain, I was stunned by how cool ATP Synthase is. I think I was telling people about it for weeks afterwards.

Oh my we finished this past semester in bio with the ETC and respiration and I was SOOOO confused!!! :uhoh3:

Geez, I wish I would take my own advice sometimes because honestly I barely scraped by - it was so frustrating.:)

Good luck! You've got some good company here it looks like. I am so terrified of chem, I'm taking Intermediate Algebra this fall to prepare for it! Hopefully, that will help as I'll take the beginning class before the general class. Still, I'm scared.

My engineer bf says already that he will be no help, as he hated it, too! Ack! He said that if it was physics it would be one thing, but chem is another!
