Hi, I'm an MA currently working in a clinic attachment of a hospital and i really want to get more "hospital experience " since i am trying to be an ER nurse. is there an easier way to do this or am I so far off the beatin path i have no idea what I'm talkin about? any advice or critisism is more than welcome
