Nursing is positive. It affects everyone in a positive way. We are looking for How To articles and articles that promote positive attitudes, goals, and experiences. Articles can encompass daily work, education, study tips, technology, etc.

With this contest you can write about anything. However, the following articles will have priority. Any article that deals with the following (in any way/shape/form) will be given priority when selecting the Top 10:

  • How To
  • Team
  • Hope
  • Improve
  • Learn
  • Together
  • Thank You
  • Believe
  • Love (Valentines Day around the corner)

Articles must be submitted between January 1st - March 31st.

Hi Joe,

What would be some examples of appropriate/eligible forums for article submissions?

Articles posted on any forum BUT the following is appropriate ...

NOTE: You may still submit articles in any of the above forums they are just not eligible for this contest.

I was too vague: there are a variety of forums categorized under 'General Nursing' (e.g., 'Nurses Rock', 'Nursing and Spirituality') - are these ineligible?

Sorry, if you click the link it points to the General Nursing Discussion forum

I updated the first post to clearly state this.

Can the article be, in part, on attending college in general as a 'non traditional' student, without mentioning it is a pre-nursing program?

if you think the article is helpful to our visitors go right ahead ... the most engaging articles are those that answer a question but also asks for feedback

for example, a lot of our traffic comes from search (google, bing, etc) ... these visitors are seeking an answer to 'something' ... if you provide the answer in an engaging manner it will always be found, shared, etc
