I'm applying for my NCLEX-RN.. I do have the right to worry about this right? .. I just don't want that the completion of my journey to nursing heaven be stopped.. ugggh.. -_-)

Really, everyone has a right to be worried about this. It affects the entire US.
Goverment worker furlough days, both the USPS and BON would definately mean delays in processing your application. If you just applied, you are probably safe because there's no guarantee there will be shut down days yet. It also doesn't mean that all goverment offices will but shut down, nor will they be shut down forever. Obviously they can't close the BON completely, but they might create certain mandated days off, so your application might be delayed by several days. You'll still be able to get your license though. They aren't going to shut down the BON.
