Will I have a chance now?

how can i get a job that says 0 years of experience or the equivalent? i reapplied at this hospital and i acutally just started working in assisted living and i passed my nurse aide training and will register for the state test next week.

...you generally get a job by applying to them, which it sounds like you did and you're now employed.

I'm sorry, what's the question?

by me working for assisted living and finally having experience will i be able to get a job at a hosptial?

Generally hospitals want 6 month experience in a nursing home. It's not impossible to get a position in a hospital with no experience, but if it's what you're after, you'll do better to be working in a nursing home rather than assisted living.

What she/he said.

It's not assisted living experience you'll need, it's nursing home experience. The greater your hands-on time with cares, ADLs, etc, the greater the chance an acute-care facility will take you on.
