Why do you want to leave your job?

I know this prob should be asked in the interview forum but I thought I might be able to get advice from my friends here.

I'm dabbing at the thought of getting a new ER job. Prior to er, it was easy to explain why I wanted to switch. New experiences ect. I was changing specialties.

What do you say in response to this question when you're simply making a lateral move that's closer to home?
