NCLEX asks questions that are both above and below passing standard- and the types of questions are irrelevant as all types of questions are written both above and below passing standard. It determines that no matter how many more questions a taker answers, either minimum competency will be met or not met. Those who receive the full 265 questions haven't enabled the computer to make that determination earlier. You met that category of people who didn't enable the computer to make that determination prior to the last question. All you can do is wait for the official results and go from there.

If you go to the NCLEX info website and read up about the test, everything Rose Queen just explained to you will be validated.
