Im tele, and we work 12s 7p-7a. Last week we had 5 nurses each with 7 patients a piece, AND one of us had EIGHT. Then they put 2 more in the hallway. The acuity is CRAZY. I work at the hospital where a patient was found seven miles from the hospital face up in a lake dead because there was no sitter available to watch the patient. So....I'll be going to the ICU soon.
