Why don't nurses join the ANA?

$$$. And nurses seem to be unable to organize anyway so why bother? I'm a member of my specialty's association and actually learn about things I can use.

So my question is: Is there an Organization that supports Nurses?? All Nurses at all levels, CNA, LPN, RN, ?? If not Why?????
