Why can't I find a job?

I am a recent graduate who graduated this past May with a 3.5 GPA. I passed my boards on the first try in July and I've been applying to jobs since. I currently work at an MDs office but I don't work here as a nurse, my job varies. I went on one interview and I don't know how it went, it was super intense. I just want to start my career as a nurse and be the best that I can be. Does anyone know of hospital's that truly hire new nurses?

I've applied to all of LiJ & CHS hospitals, as well as winthrop, south nassau, ETC!

Are you in New York?

Is the market there saturated? You may have to relocate.

Yes I live in NY .. so many of my friends that I graduated have gotten jobs. its just so discouraging. Especially when getting your BSN every teacher tells you its not that difficult. Its more than difficult
