Who's Hiring New RNs in Texas?

Have seen a lot of comments about difficulty finding FT or perm jobs and really do not like agency work. Have been in Houston for a couple years but just finished my RN (yes!). I heard SerenityHouseDETOX just opened in Houston and saw nurse jobs on Indeed. Anybody know about them or any others hiring now? Feeling a bit discouraged at all the turn aways from med center. Thanks

In Texas, generally speaking the only way into acute care for new graduate RNs is through the residencies/internships that open up a few times of the year to new grads. Most acute care facilities (hospitals) will not take a new RN outside of those. Look for those and try not to get frustrated. Best wishes.
