What questionnaire? I haven't received one. Is this a bad sign?
I just called HR and they are still sending out the supplemental questionnaire, and not to worry. Was it long? What kind of questions did they ask? I would love to get a head start on it.

Hello, I am also in the app pool. Just got the questionnaire last night. Just wondering if there is any sort of deadline to get them back? Also, did you send them in a document or just typed into the email like they were sent? I am always worried with these things, probably a little overly paranoid. But you never know what may cause them to overlook an application!!
In answering the question about our 2 units of choice, is there a list of units for us to choose from, or are we just suppost to discuss what our hypothetical top units would be?
Well I sent it back just typed into the email.and I did not see any deadline so im assuming the sooner the better, as far as the list...Im not sure, I think they just want to know which units you would like. I hate this whole process!

Question for those who have received the email packet:
Do you have your BSN? I applied as a licensed ADN with an existing Bachelors in something else and an RN to BSN almost complete but not quite yet! I recall there were 3 boxes to check on first application which were something like this:
1) Have license?
2) Live in L.A. area?
3) Have BSN?
and a box for comments. I checked the L.A. and license ones, then explained my BSN progress in comment box. Wondering now if they are going only with BSN candidates, going through BSN applications first or perhaps they just don't like me lol.
Any input would be most appreciated and good luck to all :-)
